Generally speaking, rubber hoses are composed of three parts, namely the inner rubber layer, the outer rubber layer and the middle layer. It is a tubular rubber product, and it is still very fragile. So we must be cautious during handling and transportation to avoid accidents and damage to the rubber hose. So what are the precautions for this process?
First is the handling process
During the handling process, it must be handled with care. It cannot be dragged on the ground at will to avoid friction and collision to damage the hose and affect the performance of the product. In addition, if the rubber hose product is too heavy, it can be transported by professional lifting equipment such as forklifts.

Then there is the loading process
When loading, the rubber hose should be transported in whole rolls. And it must be avoided that the bending degree of the rubber hose is too large. The bay area of the hose cannot be less than the minimum bending radius. And the rubber hose cannot be pressed on it, so as to avoid the product being deformed and affecting the performance.
Finally, during transportation
During transportation, the rubber hose cannot be mixed with acids, alkalis, salts, organic solvents and flammable and explosive items. In addition, there should be no sharp objects near the rubber hose to avoid unnecessary damage.
