Rubber air hoses, despite often possessing a multi-layered structure and in some cases even incorporating steel wire braids or spirals, remain relatively fragile. When it comes to using and handling high-pressure rubber air hoses, we must exercise extreme caution. We need to be sufficiently careful to prevent any damage to the hoses due to carelessness, as such damage could disrupt our work.

So, what aspects demand our attention when dealing with rubber hoses?

Firstly, during the loading and unloading process of rubber air hoses, it is essential to handle them gently. This means avoiding any rough handling that could potentially harm the hoses.

Secondly, the hoses should be sorted and shipped in an orderly manner. To safeguard against excessive bending or kinking of the air hose body, it is crucial that other heavy objects are not piled on top of the air tool hoses. Such improper stacking could lead to deformations and reduce the hose’s performance and lifespan.

Thirdly, under no circumstances should hoses be mixed with acids, alkalis, oils, organic solvents, or flammable and explosive substances. These chemicals can react with the rubber material, causing deterioration and compromising the integrity of the hose.

Fourthly, the air compressor pipe body should be kept away from goods with sharp edges. Contact with such sharp objects can puncture or scratch the hose, leading to leaks and potential safety hazards.

Fifthly, for hoses that require straight transportation and whose length exceeds the loading compartment, appropriate brackets should be used to support the extra-long part. This precautionary measure prevents the hose from being dragged along the ground and suffering abrasion or other forms of damage.
