Gas transmission hoses come in multiple types, each tailored to specific needs. Below are the most common options:

1. Ordinary Gas Hose

Manufacturers make ordinary gas hoses mainly from PVC. These hoses are soft and have good toughness. They feature a multi-layer structure with a wire mesh covering, which lets them withstand higher pressure. Ordinary gas hoses work best for connecting domestic gas appliances and small commercial gas equipment.

2. Stainless Steel Braided Gas Hose

Stainless steel braided gas hoses use stainless steel wire mesh for weaving. Their inner pipe walls are made of PVC or rubber. This design gives them good toughness and corrosion resistance. They also handle higher pressures and temperatures well. For this reason, they suit gas equipment that needs high pressure—like industrial gas gear and large commercial gas appliances.

3. Rubber Steel Wire Reinforced Gas Hose

This new-type gas hose uses multiple material layers. It has a steel mesh outer layer and a rubber inner wall. It boasts excellent traits: high pressure resistance, high temperature resistance, and corrosion resistance. Rubber steel wire reinforced gas hoses are widely used in industrial fields such as petrochemicals, pharmaceuticals, and food processing.

4. HDPE Gas Hose

HDPE gas hoses are high-tech plastic hoses. They offer strong oil resistance, corrosion resistance, and heat resistance. What’s more, their larger inner diameter reduces flow resistance and boosts conveying capacity. These hoses are popular for city gas, industrial gas, and medical gas transportation.

5. Steel Mesh Casing Gas Hose

Steel mesh casing gas hoses have inner layers made of polyurethane, fluoroplastic, or similar materials—giving them corrosion resistance and impact resistance. Their outer layers use a stainless steel wire mesh casing structure, which adds high pressure resistance, extrusion resistance, and wear resistance. They’re commonly used in factories, mines, and chemical industrial parks.

6. Stainless Steel Corrugated Gas Hose

Stainless steel corrugated gas hoses consist of stainless steel bellows and end fittings. They resist high pressure, corrosion, and high temperatures. They play a big role in urban gas transmission networks—for example, connecting gas meters to gas pipelines, or gas stoves to gas pipelines.
