Warehouse Conditions
Keep all hoses and fittings away from solvents, fuel, oil, grease, etc. Moreover, metal materials like copper, iron, and manganese can damage rubber, so avoid contact with these materials.
Heat Source
Store hoses in a location away from heat sources to meet the temperature specifications above. If keeping them away isn’t possible, install heat shields as a safeguard.
Electric and Magnetic Fields
Avoid electromagnetic field changes in the storage area. These changes can make the metal coil in the hose generate current, which in turn heats up the hose.

Storage Conditions
During storage, avoid compressing or stretching hoses manually. Also, keep hoses away from sharp metals. Store hoses in dry areas; if possible, use separate storage sections. For coiled hoses, store them flat and avoid stacking. If stacking is unavoidable, limit the height to prevent the lower hoses from deforming under pressure. Place heavier hoses at the bottom and lighter ones at the top. Ensure the coil’s bending radius does not exceed the minimum specified in the hose standards. Additionally, never hang coiled hoses on hooks. Instead, lay straight hoses flat without folding them.
Rat Pest Control
Since rats may be present in the warehouse, take preventive measures. Protect storage areas to prevent rodents from chewing hoses.
